We spent a few days last week together with our E3 Network partners in Vienna. Our hosts from Netural (Austria) shared with us a wonderful presentation on emerging markets, marketing and skills from a global trend perspective.
Some takeaways included increased focus on the emerging 'BRIC' markets, Brazil/Russia/India/China, where GDP growth is the highest globally. We were excited to announce a new partner agency in India called Maitri.
As far as emerging marketing, customers worldwide expect information to be ubiquitous and easily accessible through their device(s) of choice. Therefore, we as marketers must develop skills to be able to deliver this data via unique and exciting channels, e.g. virtual stores.
